Smoke-drying chamber
The smoke-drying chambers are produced to order, taking into account the individual needs of our Customers.
The machines are mainly intended for manufactures that small catering establishments, hotel restaurants, or butcher shops oriented toward their own production of high quality smoked products from various kinds of meats or fish can be, the aim of which is to capture uncommon Customers of sublime taste. The smoke-drying machine can be installed in a garden or passage to raise your Customers’ interest with the aroma of smoked foods. The turbine that absorbs smoke from the chamber in only a few minutes allows the machine to be installed also indoors.
The machine is equipped with:

smoke generator with removable basket for smoking chips—for easy cleaning and dispensing of the right amount of wood chips,
-
stainless steel structure, thermal insulation with wool with temperature resistance of up to 1,000°C,
-
hardened glass door with silicone seal ensuring the tightness of the chamber,
-
heaters with fans allowing the chamber to attain high temperatures very quickly,
-
on the side wall of the chamber—LED lighting to easily control the smoke-drying process,
-
microprocessor controller helping program the temperature and working time,
-
sound signal informing about the end of the smoke-drying process.
